We worked with BSG until the end of Auckland Council contract in June 2017. During this time, they carried out building refurbishment, new construction and ground works to various sites throughout Auckland City, a combined value of some $3.5 + million. All this work was carried out in a professional and timely manner and completed to a high standard. Warranty issues (there were few and far between) were always dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner.
I have used BSG for two differing renovation projects. We have never had any issues with the quality of work, it has always been of the highest quality and there have never been surprises when it comes to the cost of the works. Other builders we spoke to for these projects would spend the time telling us why it was difficult or couldn’t be done. Luke Frost, however, is very good at offering a range of solutions with different prices so that we can make an informed decision. He has a positive attitude and is always confident that our desired outcome could be achieved. The BSG team are professional, polite and they keep the site clean and tidy. We were always kept up to date on what was happening, and I would strongly recommend BSG to anyone considering using them.
