BSG is a company that is 100% owned and operated by Luke & Rosie Frost. BSG was established in 2009 and our Civil division was added in 2017 which compliments the construction group. Our growth continued in 2020 with expanding our geographical reach to the rest of the North Island, and in 2021 BSG Painting was added to provide our clients with this crucial in-house service.
Our head office is based in Silverdale on Auckland’s North Shore with an office, yard space and warehousing, ensuring we can cover the North Island comfortably. We also have a yard & office based in Mangawhai, Northland.

We have obtained Totika Accreditation by Qualify365, achieving Totika Performing across all core health & safety criteria, demonstrating to our team and clients our firm belief that “Why I work safe each day, is someone at home is waiting for me”. Our top priority is the safety of our team, subcontractors, and client’s team. Tōtika is the Health & Safety Prequalification Scheme that has been developed and implemented by Construction H&S NZ (CHASNZ) to create a standard for all health & safety pre-qualification systems in the Construction sector; so, by obtaining this, we can be sure we are meeting our obligations under health and safety law and will continue to do so.

Environmental and waste management considerations are employed to any works that potentially could have an adverse outcome as we believe that we have a duty of care to contribute to not only the local environments, but to how this influences the bigger picture for New Zealand and the planet.

As long-time members of Site Safe, we ensure that best practice is part of all that we do. This includes verifying that all staff are competent and appropriately trained, that the correct plant-operation licences are held, and that Licensed Building Practitioners (LBPs) and certified drainlayers from within our team are engaged where required.

We Are.

BSG Give Back to the Community Program; Every quarter we dedicate a team to a special cause, from cleaning up rubbish at our local beaches to donating a team for a day to a local charity in need, ensuring that we are giving back to our communities. This also brings a sense of strengthened camaraderie within our team. We support local charities including Auckland Westpac Rescue Helicopter, Starship Auckland, Mates in Construction, Trade Me Kindness Store, and the NZ Special Children’s Christmas Party.
