Following a referral, BSG worked directly with the owners of this project to construct a 21 lot lifestyle subdivision and 1km of new road. A significant portion of the works were carried out over the Marsden gas line, requiring strict adherence to protection measures and controlled work permits. The team moved over 30,000m3 of dirt to form the new public road, successfully vested with Auckland Transport, along with private accessways that met Auckland Council requirements. We completed all the service infrastructure alongside service providers to ensure the successful delivery of Auckland's newest lifestyle subdivision.
