Due to a long-standing partnership, BSG was chosen to complete extensive upgrades to Summerset Retirement Village in Ellerslie. Along with several compliance and weathertightness upgrades over a period of 12months, BSG completed a significant acoustic upgrade to the reception, bar and Café area. This presented varying complexities, as all affected apartments were occupied and the central community spaces needed to remain operational while works were carried out across the village. Our PM Dan’s meticulous leadership led this project to be completed ahead of programme and on budget, ultimately recognised with an award at Summerset’s annual construction awards evening.
